Bring your towel
We recommend you bring your personal towel to put on top of the mat, as well as a towel to wipe off sweat during the class. If you don't have one at the studio we have towels for rent for $50 mxn.

Hydrate
Hydration is crucial before and after a hot yoga class due to the intense heat and physical exertion involved. Before class, drinking water helps prepare your body, maintaining optimal fluid levels and preventing dehydration, which can lead to fatigue and dizziness. After class, replenishing lost fluids is essential for recovery, aiding in muscle repair and regulating body temperature. Proper hydration enhances overall performance, improves flexibility, and supports cardiovascular health, ensuring a safe and effective hot yoga experience.

Arrive 10- 15 min before class
Arriving 10 to 15 minutes before a hot yoga class is essential to ensure a timely start and create a peaceful environment. This arrival time allows you to settle in, hydrate, and mentally prepare for your practice without feeling rushed. Additionally, entering the studio early helps maintain the designated silence of the room, fostering a calm atmosphere that enhances focus and relaxation for everyone. By honoring this time, you contribute to a respectful collective experience, setting a positive tone for the class ahead.

Cancellation policy
You have up to 8 hours before your class to cancel or reschedule there are no available refunds.
If you are a No-Show or you cancel your reservation within the 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged a $150 mxn cancellation fee.
